What is included

• 6 printed copies. Your deed poll with the original and 5 extra copies. Organisations such as HM Passport Office, the DVLA, HMRC and your bank usually want to see an original, and photocopies are generally not accepted, so you can send one copy to each.
• The Name Change Kit. Step by step guidance and letter templates for the main UK organisations, sent to you by email so you know who to contact and what to say.
• Priority processing. Your deed poll is prepared as soon as your order is received.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery. Your copies are posted to you and we email you the tracking number when they are dispatched.

How it works

1. Enter your current name, your new name and your address. It takes about two minutes.
2. Pay £79.
3. We print your deed poll with your details and post it to you.
4. Sign it in front of two independent adult witnesses, using both your old name and your new name.
5. Use your copies and the Name Change Kit to update your records.

Changing a child's name

You can use the same Deed Poll to change the name of a child under 18. The parent or guardian with parental responsibility enters the details and confirms consent.
